WHAT WE OFFER

1. REAL ESTATE SERVICES FOR RENTAL

·         Promotion and advertising

We undertake the promotion and advertising of the residence in our website http://www.locatecyclades.com and other European and international websites. The procedure includes the photo shooting of the internal and external areas of the house, the publishing of the photos and the compilation of appropriate texts, aiming at the detection and attraction of potential customers.

·         Management of reservations

This includes the management of reservations, the economic deals with the potentially interested tenants and the complete financial management of the bookings (compilation and submission of contracts in the tax office, provision of tax information etc.)

·         Customer service

The customer care during the arrival, stay and departure from Paros is included. In detail, the presence of one of our partners in the port of Paros at the arrival of the customers, supervision of the car rental procedure, assistance with the luggage and guidance to the villa. Provision of island maps, information about the island (tips, beaches, restaurants etc.), 24/7 availability for any emergency throughout the duration of their stay and the same services are provided during their departure.

·         Check in- Check out

The signing of a private residential tenancy agreement will take place, during the arrival of the tenants. Also, a specific amount of money will be required as a security deposit in case of any damages caused to the residence. The tenants will be toured around the residence and will be informed concerning the specific equipment and machinery as well as the way they function. There will be a detailed update of the house’s personnel (gardener, housekeeper etc.) and two pairs of house keys together with emergency contact numbers will be delivered to the tenants. During the check-out, the residence will be inspected to confirm there are no material damages, the security deposit will be returned and the property’s keys will be delivered back.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED DURING THE STAY OF THE CUSTOMERS/TENANTS

There is a possibility of choosing one or more of the following services according to the wish of the tenants or owners of the residence:

·         General cleaning services of the residence

The cleaning of the house is done two or three times per week, according to the deal made with the tenant and is charged per hour. The minimum time required is two hours while the maximum is four hours in accordance with the size of the residence. A general cleaning of the house is required (diligent indoor and outdoor cleaning, cleaning of windows, doors and window frames etc.) for the next booking and the time needed will be lengthened accordingly. Our company will provide cleaning products and tools.

·         Provision of linen (bed sheets, towels etc.)

The provision of linen is charged per person every week and includes bed sheets, pillowcases, pillows with quilted cover, towels (shower-face-pool-beach), cotton blankets, bathmats, and mattresses’ covers. There will be three sets per person available every week.

·         Linen laundry services

The cleaning of linen is charged per person for every change and it includes change of all linen two or three times per week, according to the agreement with the tenant.

·         Provision of consumables/supplies

The provision of supplies is charged per person every week and includes toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap, garbage bags, mosquito repellent, notepads, pens, napkins, liquid dish soap, sponge and wettex for the kitchen.

·         Welcoming basket

The welcoming basket for customers is charged per booking and includes local wine, jam, biscuits, bottled waters, coffee and sugar.

The staff that will provide services in the residence will work under constant supervision, will be well trained and our company will bear full responsibility for the adequacy and quality of the work done.
